How can I get /return the phones?

Cellular phone will be delivered or/and collected to your hotel or the address indicated by you. PhoneRent Sales also can go to your hotel to collect the equipment, or if you prefer that you can return it to our office. In the event that you will have a lot of travel in China, you also can drop off the phone in Beijing or Shanghai at your convenience.

When can I get my traffic bills? How can I clear up my phone bill?

If you choose the option I, you have to wait for at least one month, if it is option II, when you return the equipment to PhoneRent, all the bills can be cleared. If you have no branch office in Beijing, the best way to clear up the bill is through credit card. When PhoneRent get the bill, they will deduct it from your prepayment, and refund the rest money to your credit card through the bank.

Definitely, if your credit card is one of the follows: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

What does the DDD & IDD means?

DDD is the abbreviation of Domestic Direct Dial, which means the direct dial within the nation area. IDD is the abbreviation of International Direct Dial, which means the international calls to the other country from China.

If I rent phone from PhoneRent, could this phone work in other cities in China except Beijing?

Absolutely, automatic roaming between cities is very easy in China. The roaming fee is extra RMB 0.2 (US$ 0.025) on top of all airtime. For example, if you are roaming to Shanghai but your phone is registered in Beijing. The local call from you will be charged RMB0.6 than RMB0.4 per minute. For long distance call will be charged the long distance fee plus RMB0.6 per minute.
